Role Outline:
We are seeking to recruit Logistics Operatives to join our team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. The successful applicants will be responsible for order picking, goods in receipts, stock controlling, house-keeping and general warehouse activity.
Duties
- Responsible for operating and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse while keeping a safe and secure working environment
- Provide the highest level of picking standards of customer products
- Ensure all deliveries are checked in accurately and that no sub-standard or incorrect goods are received into the warehouse
- Ensure that Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures are followed at all time
- Protect and handle all stock to ensure ZERO damage
- Understand your department’s action plans and support the goals and targets set out by your manager
- Ensure Company Health and Safety standards of performance are followed at all times
- Assist in cycle counting and stock checks
- Perform other related duties as required
- General housekeeping in the warehouse
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
- PPT and Reach Truck licence required
- Counterbalance and VNA licence desirable
- Strong warehouse management systems experience
- Overall understanding of the Contract Logistics process
- Quality focused to ensure highest level of accuracy on all processes
- Strong advocate of Health and Safety policies throughout the company
