Tasks
- Provide independent acceptance and processing of inquiries
- Support employees during the onboarding process across different locations, including user application, virtual machine setup, granting permissions to required systems, and conducting onboarding sessions
- Provide assistance in creating documentation and preparing result presentations for project leads
- Contribute to the further development of PMO processes
- Handle the documentation of processes and project-related activities
- Support the preparation and staffing of project opportunities
- Provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle
- Create, adjust, and maintain work packages to ensure project accuracy and consistency
- Support S/4 reporting as well as invoicing and rebooking processes (experience in these areas is an advantage but not mandatory)
Qualifications
- Project Management or Project Management Office expertise
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 administration (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fluent German language skills
