Your role in our team:
- You support the data-driven improvement of business processes and products in an international environment.
- You model and document processes using the CLAAS process portal (celonis) and analyse data from various departments
- You actively communicate with different stakeholders and participate in process alignment workshops to ensure smooth digitization and implementation of processes in the CLAAS process portal.
- You prepare workshops and training sessions and contribute to their execution.
- You are motivated to gain insight into the work of interdisciplinary, international teams and get to know many different departments within the CLAAS Group.
- You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study.
- You have some experience in optimizing business processes and summarizing process modelling workshops.
- You enjoy working on multiple topics and have initial knowledge in process modelling (BPMN 2.0), experience with using visual collaboration platforms like MIRO.
- You are able to fluently use our in-house AI Tools such as CLAASGPT
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You have the ability to quickly understand complex tasks and develop simple, innovative solutions.
- You are enthusiastic and highly motivated to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work on projects within interdisciplinary teams.
- You work independently and have strong communication skills.

- The standard weekly work schedule is 35 hours, and the total duration of the internship ranges from 3 to 6 months. Please indicate in your cover letter your available time frame and whether this is a required or voluntary internship.
- You will have the opportunity to write a thesis in collaboration with CLAAS following the internship (provided your work performance is satisfactory).
