What to expect?
- Develop and execute annual Aftersales strategy and business plans
- Monitor and analyse services, parts sales, and KPI data
- Manage and improve Aftersaes standardisation and processes
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction monitoring
- Coordinate staff capacity planning and recruitment
- Drive continuous improvemnt and handle complaints/events
What sets you apart?
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Minimum 5 years Aftersales management experience in a premium industry or similar
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Team
- Preferably with leadership & technical experience
