Tasks
- Administrative operation and configuration of the LeanIX platform
- User administration, role management and onboarding of new LeanIX users
- Maintenance, quality assurance and further development of enterprise architecture artefacts and attributes
- Support in documenting and structuring DACHSER’s application and technology landscape
- Coordination, test and introduction of platform releases and communication of new functionalities
- Preparation and support of workshops, trainings and governance meetings
- Administrative support of enterprise architecture governance and review processes
Qualifications
- Completed education or degree in IT, business informatics, information systems or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT administration, platform operations or enterprise systems, experience with leanIX is a plus
- Very good organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
- Strong affinity for data quality, documentation and transparency
- Basic understanding of IT landscapes, applications and interfaces
- High service orientation and ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
- Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
