Tasks:
- Expanding and actively managing the existing client portfolio.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Driving business development efforts through proactive phone outreach and on-site visits to key accounts.
- Delivering professional presentations on the company, its solutions, and service offerings.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly outlining the company’s capabilities and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Preparing customized proposals aligned with each client’s requirements and business objectives.
- Negotiating commercial and financial terms with clients and collaborating closely with the commercial division to share insights and progress.
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate potential new markets and growth opportunities.
- Achieving assigned sales targets, both qualitative and quantitative, in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the logistics sector.
- Mandatory knowledge of air and sea freight service sales, as well as a strong understanding of the target markets to be prospected (market landscape, competitors, available resources, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum English level: B2.
- Willingness and availability to travel as required by the role.
