Your Growth Opportunities
- Establishment, management, and technical leadership of local engineering teams at the Pune (India) site.
- Close collaboration with German departments on joint development and testing projects.
- Participation in international client projects with OEMs in the field of Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems.

- Coordination of work packages, reporting, and alignment with international stakeholders.

How You Will Drive Us Forward
- Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field), international qualifications are an advantage
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
- Profound knowledge of function development or software testing
- Experience in client projects and direct communication with German OEMs
- Ability to coordinate international teams and share knowledge effectively
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is an advantage
- The position is performed permanently on-site in Pune
