YOUR TASKS
- Plan, lead, and execute the Project Manager Product Development – After Sales role across the full After Sales product portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Define product requirements and concepts based on technical analyses, market needs, and structured feedback from service operations
- Develop, launch, and continuously improve software-, hardware-, cyber security-, and process-driven After Sales products
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into product roadmaps
- Lead validation, testing, and feasibility assessments to ensure safety, quality, technical, and commercial compliance
- Support global rollout through documentation, training materials, and hands-on implementation support for service teams
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional qualification
- Professional experience in project management or product development, ideally within After Sales or a comparable technical environment
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software-driven systems and their impact on operational performance
- Experience analyzing technical or performance data and translating results into structured improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams with diverse technical stakeholders
- Clear communication skills, structured working style, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Very good English skills suitable for daily collaboration in an international context
