Tasks
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability
- Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex product requirements
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure functionality and validate user experience, including exploratory testing
- Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams
- Mentor and support junior Quality Assurance team members, fostering a culture of learning
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Design and execute complex performance tests, analyzing results and recommending improvements
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, advanced certifications (e.g., ISTQB) highly desirable
- Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or similar Quality Assurance role, with deep understanding of software testing methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Experience with performance testing tools is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead Quality Assurance initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with invoicing, logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous
- Good knowledge in English
