Purpose Of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of daily operational activities, including supporting SD drivers during the morning despatch process, managing customer queries and issues through active reports and email communication, and assisting both the inside sales and export teams as needed. The role will also take responsibility for the collection process and maintain effective communication with the customs hub to ensure compliance and uninterrupted workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the morning dispatch process and provide support to SD drivers.
- Handle customer queries and issues through active reports and email communication.
- Provide operational support to the Inside Sales and Export teams.
- Take responsibility for managing and overseeing the collection process.
- Liaise with the Customs Hub to ensure compliance and smooth operational flow.
