PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY (IES)
Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (“PFS”) is seeking a Treasury & Capital Markets Intern as part of a 12-month rotational internship program designed to provide immersive experience through three structured rotations within:
- Capital Markets
- Debt Investor Relations
- Treasury Operations
This cross-functional internship gives aspiring finance professional the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Porsche Financial Services’ refinancing strategy, investor relationship management/communications and cash/liquidity management while learning from a seasoned team. Upon completion of the internship for a term of 12 months (or more), the participant will receive a verifiable e-certificate issued by Porsche and displayable on LinkedIn certifying to the completion of the program and the types of projects/tasks worked on.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES (Rotational)
Capital Markets
- Assist in the execution and transaction management of asset-backed securitizations (ABS)
- Support market research and competitor benchmarking analysis
- Assist in preparation of materials for various committee meetings
Debt Investor Relations
- Maintain Investor CRM and analytics dashboards
- Support various ongoing investor and bank relationship engagements
Treasury Operations
- Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting
- Assist with Fixed-Cost budget
- Support interest rate risk monitoring and reporting
- Support Debt Servicing on all facilities and Trusts
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES (Non-rotational)
- Prepare daily collection wires
- Prepare the weekly treasury report, summarizing key market developments and interest rate movements
- Assist Treasury Attestation Manager in performing internal audits and compliance tasks in service to the annual attestation submitted to SEC as it relates to SEC-registered securitized debt transactions
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, formal training, experience, specialized knowledge, and special skills.)
- Pursuing or has completed an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Advanced skill level with Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of motivation, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and in teams.
