Purpose Of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ireland. This hands-on, generalist role requires in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and a proven track record in employee relations. Experience in HR within logistics, transport, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capability
- Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
- Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes
- Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Lead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislation
- Experience advising and supporting managers on HR best practices
- Proven ability to contribute to the development of HR policies, initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Experience in creating and interpreting HR metrics
- Ability to support change management initiatives as required
- Experience providing end-to-end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law
- Previous HR experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain is preferred
- Experience of managing a small team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the wider UK & Ireland HR team while supporting Ireland-specific HR requirements.
