TASKS WITH IMPACT
Analysis, evaluation and commentary on international business and financial performance, including forecast, budget and scenario planning
Commercial business partnering for international subsidiaries and derivation of sound decision-making bases for management
Integration and further development of ESG requirements within our controlling and reporting structures
Collaboration on CSRD and EU Taxonomy topics and ensuring a consistent ESG data foundation
Analysis and commentary on financial and non-financial KPIs as part of the annual financial statements and reporting process
Further development of our reporting standards and close collaboration with auditors and international stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
We take a competency-based and fair approach to recruiting, that´s why we look beyond your experience to understand how you create impact, grow through change, and collaborate for success.
Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
Successfully completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, sustainability, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in controlling, consulting, or auditing
Confident use of BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems
Ideally, experience with regulatory ESG requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS)
High level of initiative and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment
Very good written and spoken English skills
