Tasks
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Talent solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise on Talent processes, industry best practices, and Workday capabilities
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and cross-functional dependencies across Workday modules
- Drive overall project execution, facilitate key decisions, and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
Qualifications
- Active Workday HCM Certification required
- Active Workday Talent Certification preferred
- Experience supporting or leading Workday Talent implementations and system enhancements
- Good stakeholder communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the business
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of change management principles and ability to support user adoption activities
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.
