Tasks
We are looking for a colleague who will support SAP Roles & Authorizations activities at second level support, ensuring smooth user access management and role maintenance within SAP systems.
- Perform user management tasks (user creation, locking/unlocking, password resets).
- Role design and maintenance
- Maintain documentation for role design and security processes.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud).
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using the ITSM tool.
- Provide second-level support for access and authorization-related topics.
- Handle change management
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorizations concepts. (Using SAP transactions like PFCG, SUIM)
- Analyze and resolve authorization issues using tools like SU53, SUIM, and STAUTHTRACE
- Alternatively, basic working knowledge of: Databases / SQL
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT service management environments.
- Experience with the XAMS Suite
- Basic understanding of Fiori role-building components.
- Familiarity with IDM integration
