Tasks
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects for SAP FI solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP FI processes and configurations
- Participate in all project phases: design, customizing, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Configure SAP Finance processes and ensure integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP)
- Coordinate the project team and mentor junior colleagues to ensure successful delivery
- Support pre-sales and sales activities in the Finance area (nice to have)
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in SAP Finance Consulting, with focus on implementation projects
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Solid expertise in SAP FI configuration and cross-module integration
- Client-facing experience, with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to deliver workshops and customer trainings
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines and changing priorities
- Experience leading local teams (3–8 members); prior coaching/coordination experience is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and reliability
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during critical project phases
- Collaborative team player with mentoring and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

- Functional support for data migration (mapping & load)
- Experience in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
- SAP FI Localization experience
