Tasks
- You are responsible for managing labeling and warranty documentation processes based on customer and internal requests
- You ensure timely and accurate handling, organization, and distribution of related documents
- You review and analyze incoming process-related tickets and requests
- You categorize tickets based on predefined criteria such as process type, issue type, and priority
- You support identifying process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
- You assist in collecting and interpreting feedback to improve process workflows
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent field of study
- You have the willingness to understand the development processes at Porsche and to work with different specific tools for trace analyses
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools with a focus on Excel
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have a confident appearance, excellent communication and persuasive skills, along with strong social skills and political awareness
