Tasks
- Act as functional expert for SAP PP (and related modules: MM, QM, PM if relevant).
- Lead and support full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business requirements, and design process solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP PP processes (MRP, shop floor control, production orders, capacity planning, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with integration teams (EWM, TM, QM, and PM).
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and training activities.
- Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing clients in automotive or industrial sectors.
- Support pre-sales, knowledge sharing, and internal enablement activities.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Deep knowledge of SAP PP (Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, BOM/Routing, Order Management).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior consultants.
Nice-to-have:
- Integration knowledge with QM, PM, EWM, MES.
- German language skills.
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
- SAP certification (PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing).
- Experience in public/private cloud environments.
