Porsche Engineering Romania is looking for a proactive Communications & Marketing Specialist to support corporate communications, strategy, culture, and marketing initiatives across Porsche Engineering Romania.
Part of the local and global Marketing Team, you will be responsible for diverse marketing tasks, such as the Intranet management, internal communications, employer branding, promotional materials coordination, and process support within an international environment.
- You are responsible for the internal communication strategy, by aligning communication efforts with the global communications team and the local management
- You define and maintain internal‑communications governance and editorial processes: channel standards (intranet, newsletters, town‑hall materials, presentations), messaging quality criteria, approval workflows, and content planning. Ensure all published content complies with legal, data‑privacy, and internal policy requirements
- You will provide technical support for SharePoint Intranet platform and assist teams with page and content management
- You own the structure, navigation, taxonomy, and templates of the Intranet. Conduct periodic content audits (accuracy, recency, outdated materials), coordinate updates with page owners, and provide enablement and guidance to all intranet editors to improve consistency and usability
- You will collaborate with all departments with the scope of visibility of the company through employer branding strategy, recruitment needs, and market positioning, and you will lead the development of integrated internal campaigns including employer branding initiatives, materials, and digital content aligned with the global strategy
- You will support and coordinate internal communities and promote cultural and engagement initiatives
- You will design and organize local events for the company or for dedicated teams and projects
- You will support Agile workflows, team tools, and internal processes
- You will coordinate compliance-related topics for marketing activities
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or any other related field
- You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in tech work environment
- You have high analytical skills, strategic and strong structuring abilities and you are quick thinker
- You have excellent creative writing skills; you pay attention to detail, and you are a strong communicator
- You are efficient, organized, passionate, pro-active, self-motivated, highly flexible, and have an independent working style
- You are proficient with MS Office, Adobe, and relevant digital marketing tools
- You speak English fluently; German language is considered a plus
- You are flexible and are willing to travel abroad/domestic, when it is required

On average, our company offers 12 master's thesis topics per year, based on allocation interviews for the top-performing students, and 10 Porsche Engineering scholarships for master's program students with outstanding technical and soft skills. To ensure continuity, our Master curriculum is updated yearly, and only the top 5 bachelor level students are eligible for Porsche Engineering scholarships. For those with a Ph.D., a scholarship for research and development in the AI field is also available.
