Tasks
- Coach and support multiple agile software development teams in a scaled, multinational environment
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective implementation of agile principles and practices
- Foster self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement within teams
- Remove impediments and support cross-team collaboration and alignment
- Promote adherence to Definition of Done, quality standards , and safety-related processes
- Support outcome-driven product development through OKR alignment
- Contribute to improving agile maturity and transparency across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Proven experience in agile software development environments (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams in complex project setups
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage stakeholders in multinational environments
- Experience working with agile tools (Jira, Confluence; GitHub is a plus)
- Advanced German and English skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Servant leadership mindset and coaching attitude
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Structured and solution-oriented thinking
