- Training Administration (create training items, classes and reports within the learning management system)
- Check training occupancy and take action if necessary
- Provide training with relevant information such as participant lists
- Administration of new joiners in SuccessFactors
- Support with emails
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (B2-C1)
- Technical affinity for SAP systems
- Experienced with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Nice-to-haves: basic understanding of HR processes and training administration/SAP Systems, SAP SuccessFactors
