Tasks
We are seeking an SAP Plan-to-Produce Analyst to provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of production planning, manufacturing, and execution processes within the Plan-to-Produce landscape.
Responsabilities:
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to SAP PP, MRP, and Manufacturing Execution modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot master data, BOMs, routings, and production orders.
- Collaborate with users and technical teams to address configuration and integration issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support process automation, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Coordinate with SAP and development teams for critical escalations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of SAP PP, MRP, MES, and integration with S/4HANA modules (QM, MM, SD) experience
- Experience with advanced planning tools and production reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical production issues
- Fluent English, agile/SAFe experience
Optional Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA PP or MES certifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and production automation
