Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, reliability, and clean architecture;
- Implement new features and system enhancements by translating business requirements into technical solutions with maintainable and well-structured code;
- Develop and optimize Angular components and front-end modules in close collaboration with the UI/UX design team, ensuring responsive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across devices;
- Participate in end-to-end development, from technical design and code reviews to deployment and monitoring in production environments;
- Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders, gathering feedback, clarifying requirements, and ensuring technical alignment with business goals;
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) within a Scrum or SAFe Agile framework, driving continuous improvement and predictable delivery;
- Identify and implement improvements in code quality, system performance, and development processes through proactive refactoring and adoption of modern best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Angular;
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot;
- Solid front-end development experience using Angular;
- Optional: Exposure to AWS
