- You are responsible for creating and planning projects in SAP according to specifications
 - You will monitor and update project status, master data, and planned budgets in SAP
 - You are responsible to perform technical closure of projects in SAP and PLM, following monthly and annual closure requirements
 - You are responsible for the synergy between international projects teams in terms of clear communication on budget hours alignment
 - You will process service acceptance reports and forward them for invoicing
 - You will check service delivery periods and ensure compliance with project budgets
 - You will foster client relationships and develop strategic initiatives to support long-term business partnerships.
 - You will participate in the optimization of internal processes and digitalization projects
 
What sets you apart?
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
 - You have minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the economic sector (multinational experience is a plus)
 - Your working experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage
 - You speak English and German very well
 - You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
 - You are a proactive and perseverant team player with a service-oriented working style
 - You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestically whenever required
