Tasks
- Prepare and maintain management-level presentations (PowerPoint)
- Track project tasks, open points, and deliverables
- Maintain Jira and Confluence structures and ensure data quality
- Organize and moderate meetings with various stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder coordination in dynamic environments (factory ramp-up context)
- Support alignment between IT development processes and project execution
- Ensure structured and reliable follow-up on tasks, requirements and priorities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in consulting companies is mandatory.
- Strong background in PMO activities, stakeholder management and supporting complex IT/automotive projects
- Familiarity with agile project management methods (Scrum, SAFE)
