Tasks
•Supporting the establishment of realistic & achievable retail sales targets for dealers
•Monitor sales-related KPIs and provide strategic guidance to ensure dealer success
Conduct regular dealer visits to track sales performance & KPI achievement, assess showroom conditions, and drive improvements
