We are looking for a reliable freelance collaborator to support the production of an ambitious art project involving alternative analog photographic techniques. You will be working closely with a small, specialized team on site.
Timeframe:
Starting as soon as possible through approximately December 2025
Commitment: ~4 days per week, flexible scheduling by arrangement
Desired Qualifications and Profile:
Experience with analog photographic processes (e.g. Contact printing, historic or alternative techniques, large-format photography, darkroom work)
Exceptionally careful, precise, and patient working style
High level of reliability and sense of responsibility when handling delicate materials and processes
Ability to carry out manual, often repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Strong team skills and openness to close coordination with the production team
Basic understanding of chemical or physical processes is a plus
Good documentation skills (e.g. To log process parameters and results)
Strict adherence to cleanliness and order in the workspace; ability to establish and maintain partially sterile or clinically clean working conditions
