As an experienced Full Stack HCM ABAP Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing and supporting our SAP HCM development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and optimizing SAP HCM applications to meet evolving business needs
- Writing high-quality, maintainable code using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
- Integrating various SAP modules through ABAP-based interfaces to ensure seamless cross-functional processes
- Developing intuitive, responsive Fiori/UI5 applications backed by OData services
- Working with RESTful APIs and contributing to microservice-based system architectures
- Collaborating closely with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participating in project planning activities, including technical design, effort estimation, and code reviews
- Ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and scalability across all deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of SAP HCM modules and processes
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP
- Strong understanding of ABAP-based integration and interfaces within SAP landscapes
- At least 3 years of experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Practical experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/CI).
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or SAFe frameworks.
