IT Portfolio Management With German - Consultant/Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• You will prepare and present regular reports for the IT Board and Head of IT, the status of projects and the project budget.
• You will be actively requesting and analysing project status reports via the Project Integration Tool
• You will support in the operational implementation of annual project planning.
• You will be actively monitoring and controling of the planned project portfolio during the current year, including regular reminders for the project managers.
• You will handle the provision of regular reports for relevant stakeholders (IT business partners, IT project managers
• You will be in charge of continuous improvement of the annual planning process based on feedback.
• You will be maintaining and monitoring the project portfolio (e.g. Project status, project budget, project progress).
• You will be planning, preparing and carrying out regular forecasts for the IT project budget.

• Excelllent level of written and spoken German and English
• Degree in Business administration, Economics, IT, or similar studies
• Forecasting and planning skills for budget allocation.
• Data analysis and reporting; Evaluation skills and analytical thinking; Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Microsoft Office suite – focus on Excel & PowerPoint
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
• Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
• Confident user of planning tools (Power Apps)
• Minimum 2 years of expertise in IT project management & implementation

  by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month

• Working hours:

  full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
