The following tasks await you:
- Participate in the implementation of product modularization and related projects, provide project methods from requirement analysis to modular operation, complete process outputs, and achieve project goals and customer needs.
- Control the project process and participate in project management.
- Conduct in-depth research on consulting topics related to product research and development, form company knowledge accumulation, and expand the scope of the topics.
- Assist in project ordering and pre-sales activities, actively promote project initiation.
Qualifications
To be prepared for your journey, you should bring the following qualifications with you:
- Bachelor or above in automotive engineering or related major, with consulting background is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development, familiar with the product development process (PEP, IPD, etc.), with the ability to analyze product requirements.
- Participated in modular product development, understood modular methodology and tool applications.
- Having engineering experience in automotive products, familiar with automotive product architecture.
- Understand the general process of automobile production and manufacturing.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, structure thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
- Good team-oriented and collaborative.
- Excellent communicate skill both in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to business travel.
