Your RoleAnalyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. Process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition
Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)
Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training
Relevant professional experience in digital project management and change management
Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer
Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD
Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling
Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders
Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail and strong communication skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus
