In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for the shipment of goods in compliance with 6R.
- Perform import/export duties to ensure goods (e.g., materials, products, and equipment) are moved efficiently and cost-effectively in compliance with company policies and customs laws.
- Process and ship orders efficiently, meeting the shipping schedule, and book and track shipments with our transport partners.
- Create documentation, complete ERP transactions, and send pre-alerts for our outbound shipments.
- Ensure effective communication is maintained with all stakeholders in day-to-day logistics operations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of export and import regulations.
- Customer-oriented.
- Knowledge of:
- Excel
- Oracle
- SharePoint
