YOUR TASKS
- Monitor and control project costs, ensure adherence to the budget, and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure contract-compliant execution during the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
- Develop and coordinate detailed project plans in collaboration with site management – including scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure that construction sites are equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between construction sites and other departments during the construction and preparation phases
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in civil engineering or a comparable field; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Initial experience in managing construction projects, ideally in wind energy or infrastructure
- Strong skills in cost management and budget control
- Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including resource and risk management
- Strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving abilities for construction-related challenges
- In-depth technical understanding of construction processes in wind energy, as well as relevant regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost control tools
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – for coordination with internal and external project stakeholders
- Fluent English skills (minimum B2–C1); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage
- A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position
