The Role
As a Consulting Partner, you will lead SAP‑driven transformation initiatives and manage a portfolio of manufacturing clients across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for driving growth, shaping S/4HANA‑led solutions, building strong C‑level relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence across the account portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning and driving growth strategy and account expansion across manufacturing clients.
- Leading pipeline development, total contract value closure, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Positioning SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and managed services offerings aligned to client priorities.
- Leading presales activities, including RFI and RFP responses and large deal shaping.
- Defining transformation roadmaps incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital transformation capabilities.
- Collaborating with global teams to structure and win complex, large‑scale deals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Aligning account strategies with client business goals and industry trends.
- Driving delivery excellence through governance, steering committees, and portfolio oversight.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and enabling long‑term partnerships and client advocacy.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience with over twenty years in IT, including strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering large‑scale SAP transformation deals.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and associated business processes.
- Experience in presales, consulting, and solution architecture within enterprise environments.
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working within global delivery and consulting models.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in SAP presales and sales within large consulting organisations.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
