We are exclusively partnering with a leading hedge fund to hire an experienced HR Business Partner for a newly created role supporting its Commodities business line.
Following a recent acquisition, the organisation is seeking a commercially minded and highly experienced HR Business Partner / Generalist to work closely with senior stakeholders and support a seamless integration process. This role offers the opportunity to operate in a true end-to-end HR capacity, partnering across the full employee lifecycle including talent management, learning and development, compensation, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will be high-calibre, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while engaging with senior and high-profile stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of a newly acquired business, ensuring HR policies, processes, and practices are aligned with the wider organisation.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and high-profile stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Act as a true end-to-end HR Business Partner, operating with a strong commercial mindset.
- Drive key people and talent initiatives across the Commodities business.
- Support employee development, engagement, and performance management strategies to enhance organisational outcomes.
Experience:
- 8–10+ years of HR experience within Financial Services or Commodities.
- Proven experience working across European markets and supporting multi-country teams.
- Strong hands-on HR generalist experience with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership effectively.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
