Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Italy / EU Sales & Business Development Assistant, based in Greater London. The role involves identifying and developing sales opportunities within the Italian and EU markets, conducting market research to inform strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting customer service activities. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the execution of sales strategies, communicating with partners and customers, maintaining detailed records, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills in written and spoken formats
- Proficiency in Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess sales and business opportunities
- Proven experience in Customer Service to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU languages are an advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is desirable
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the food or beverage industry is a bonus

• Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred
Desirable
• Previous internship or work experience within hospitality, sales, marketing, retail or events
• Existing network or understanding of the Italian hospitality and café landscape
• Interest in Japanese culture, design or food
• Social media and content awareness is a plus
