🚨 Head of Out of Home (OOH) | BCorp | £80-100k package + bonus| London 🚨
I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting premium FMCG challenger brands on a Head of OOH position.
This is a genuinely business-critical position with full ownership of a fast-growing channels division already representing c.25% of total business across Convenience, Discounters, Wholesale, Travel and Private Label.
Key focus areas include:
✔️ Driving growth across OOH, Convenience, Discount & Private Label
✔️ Leading a strong existing team (SNAM + NAM + additional hire planned)
✔️ Building and converting major customer opportunities currently in development
✔️ Owning channel strategy, JBPs and full commercial performance
✔️ Developing relationships and unlocking new routes to market
✔️ Navigating factory/private label capabilities to support growth
The business is performing exceptionally well and currently ahead of budget, with strong internal momentum and a team already in a very good place. The next phase of growth now sits heavily within these channels, making this one of the highest-priority commercial hires in the business.
They need someone who can:
• Build strong relationships quickly and naturally
• Bring energy, agility and proactivity
• Open doors using an existing network
• Operate strategically whilst still being hands-on commercially
• Thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
