How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    A leading international advisory organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Product Owner to oversee a critical portfolio of risk, compliance, and business intake technology, with a particular focus on the Intapp ecosystem.


    This position will play a central role in shaping platform strategy, modernising core systems, and leading a significant cloud transformation programme within a highly complex, stakeholder-driven environment.


    Key areas of responsibility include:

    • Owning the roadmap for enterprise risk and governance platforms, including Intapp applications and associated workflows
    • Driving a large-scale migration from legacy infrastructure into a cloud-based environment
    • Working closely with senior operational and technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
    • Improving processes across intake, conflicts, compliance, due diligence, and information governance
    • Managing external vendors and ensuring delivery quality across multiple workstreams
    • Translating business challenges into scalable and commercially focused solutions


    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Strong Product Ownership or platform leadership experience within enterprise environments
    • Proven experience working with Intapp products or similar legal/risk workflow technologies
    • A background delivering transformation or cloud migration programmes
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
    • Experience operating within professional services or other highly regulated sectors
