A leading international advisory organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Product Owner to oversee a critical portfolio of risk, compliance, and business intake technology, with a particular focus on the Intapp ecosystem.
This position will play a central role in shaping platform strategy, modernising core systems, and leading a significant cloud transformation programme within a highly complex, stakeholder-driven environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Owning the roadmap for enterprise risk and governance platforms, including Intapp applications and associated workflows
- Driving a large-scale migration from legacy infrastructure into a cloud-based environment
- Working closely with senior operational and technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
- Improving processes across intake, conflicts, compliance, due diligence, and information governance
- Managing external vendors and ensuring delivery quality across multiple workstreams
- Translating business challenges into scalable and commercially focused solutions
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong Product Ownership or platform leadership experience within enterprise environments
- Proven experience working with Intapp products or similar legal/risk workflow technologies
- A background delivering transformation or cloud migration programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Experience operating within professional services or other highly regulated sectors
