Mind a Porter is expanding its network of psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and psychotherapists across London. We welcome clinicians offering in-person and/or online consultations, with full professional fluency in English; any additional language is considered a plus.

· Maintain your own private practice with the flexibility of an independent practitioner model, supported by structured referrals and full administrative and operational support
· Flexible scheduling and full autonomy over your caseload, including the freedom to establish fees aligned with your private practice standards
· Access to a diverse international client base of children, adolescents, and families
· Flexibility to work in-person at a London location of your choice or online. Ability to offer both in-person and online consultations is preferred
· Collaboration within a professional multidisciplinary clinical network
· Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for children and adolescents, both online and/or in-person, based on professional preference and availability
· Offer medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up when clinically indicated
· Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals where appropriate
· Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professional psychiatric practice
· Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and integration of care
· Right to work in the UK
· GMC registration with specialist training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
· Experience working with culturally diverse and international families strongly valued
· Full professional fluency in English; fluency in a second language considered a plus
· Commitment to ethical, confidential, and evidence-based care
· Experience working across neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioural presentations in children and adolescents
