What You'll Do:
As a Junior Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment success. Your responsibilities will include:
Direct Brand Recruitment: Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets.
Relationship Building: Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check-ins, role briefings, and market insights.
Candidate Management: Drive candidate flow and fulfilment mix, collaborating with sourcing teams to manage pipelines and reduce time-to-fill.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate system data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Knowledge of recruitment systems and processes, including end-to-end delivery.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience in candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
