How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    SDR Opportunity

    AI / SaaS Startup

    London

    £35K + £15K OTE

I’m currently working with one of the more exciting AI startups in London right now.

They’re building technology that helps companies understand and grow revenue from their existing customers using AI and machine learning. In simple terms: helping businesses predict revenue more accurately, improve customer loyalty, and unlock value from the customers they already have.

They’re still early enough for people joining to have a real impact, but the foundations are strong. They’re a Series A company, backed by some of the best venture investors in Europe and the US, and have already landed a number of high-growth companies as customers. They’ve also recently been recognised among Europe’s fastest-growing startups.

What the role looks like - As an SDR, you’ll sit at the front of the sales engine. You’ll be the first person prospects speak to and the one responsible for opening the door to new opportunities.

    Day-to-day that means:

    • Reaching out to potential customers through cold calls, email and LinkedIn

    • Starting conversations with senior stakeholders at fast-growing companies

    • Understanding their challenges and identifying where the product can genuinely help

    • Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the Account Executive team

    • Learning how to build and manage a healthy pipeline

You’ll also work closely with marketing, product and the wider sales team to share feedback from conversations with the market.

They take development seriously, too, expect structured sales training, coaching and mentorship from experienced operators.

Who they’re looking for: This role tends to work well for people who are serious about building a career in sales, rather than just testing it out.

Typically, the people who succeed here are:

    • Naturally driven and resilient - rejection doesn’t put you off for long

    • Curious - you want to understand how businesses actually work

    • Strong communicators - confident speaking to new people

    • Competitive and motivated by growth (both career and earning potential)

    • Team-oriented - you care about the wider team succeeding too

You don’t necessarily need direct sales experience, but you do need the mindset and ambition.

    Package - £35,000 base salary & £15,000 OTE

    Plus:

    • 27 days holiday + bank holidays (with option to buy/sell days)

    • Equity/stock options

    • Private health insurance

    • Monthly wellness allowance (gym, mental health, etc.)

    • Annual learning & development budget

    • Hybrid working (3 days in the London office)

It’s a great environment for someone who wants to learn sales properly, work with ambitious people, and progress quickly in a high-growth company.

If you’re interested, feel free to reach out, and I can share more details about the team and the opportunity.
