How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    ERP Systems Coordinator

    Full Time - Hybrid (WFH policy where employees living over an hour from the office can work remotely 2x a week, and employees less than an hour from the office can work remotely 1x a week (Subject to business demands)

    We are working with a well-established and expanding business operating across multiple UK and European sites. The company supplies specialist products and solutions into the healthcare sector and is continuing to invest heavily in technology, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

    Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ERP Systems Coordinator to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and integration of their ERP platform across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical systems expertise with business process improvement and user support.

    The Role

    Reporting into the IT & Business Systems function, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company’s ERP environment, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.

    You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to improve system functionality, streamline processes, support data migration activities, and deliver effective user training across the business.

    This position will also support future international ERP migration and upgrade projects across European operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Support the ongoing optimisation and development of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision

    * Analyse operational and commercial business processes to identify system improvements

    * Coordinate ERP integrations, data migration activities, and reporting enhancements

    * Work with external IT and ERP partners to implement system changes and customisations

    * Provide first-line ERP support to users across multiple sites

    * Deliver ERP training and create user documentation for internal teams

    * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across finance, operations, and commercial departments

    * Support ERP audits, system reviews, and best practice improvements

    * Contribute to future group-wide ERP migration and upgrade projects

    About You

    We are looking for a proactive and analytical systems professional who can bridge the gap between IT and operational teams.

    You will ideally have:

    * Previous experience supporting or implementing ERP systems

    * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision or similar ERP platforms

    * Experience with business process analysis and system optimisation

    * Knowledge of data migration and systems integration

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    * A proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement

    * Experience delivering user support and training

    * A full UK driving licence

    Desirable Experience

    * Manufacturing or multi-site business experience

    * Understanding of SQL or database reporting

    * Exposure to IT infrastructure or networking concepts

    * Previous project coordination or project management experience
