Location: Warwick
Pay: £13.70 per hour during 12-week agency probation
Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:30
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity
 
Recruitable Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warwick for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to move into a permanent position after a successful probation period.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the warehouse and operational team with FLT duties, while also assisting with basic computer-based tasks where required.
Duties will include:

Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
Moving, loading and unloading goods
Supporting warehouse and stock movement duties
Using systems such as Outlook and Excel
Completing basic admin or stock-related tasks
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Basic computer skills, ideally including Outlook and Excel
Good attention to detail
A reliable and positive attitude
Ability to work the afternoon shift pattern Pay & Hours
During the initial 12-week probation period, you will be paid through the agency at:
£13.70 per hour
Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:30
