TS Recruitment are recruiting for an office administrator in Coventry for an established construction contractor

Benefits

Basic salary circa £26,000 per annum
Office hours 8.00am -5pm
40 hour working week
Holiday pay (28 days per annum including bank holiday)
Opportunity for a permanent position
Job Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator:

All general office admin duties for a construction company
Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with any queries
Checking and filling site documents
Ensure H&S compliance and relevant documents are up to date
Liaise and work closely with the site team and commercial team
Ensure the supply chain runs smoothly

Knowledge/Experience:

Experience working as an administrator (preferably in construction)
Proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word
Good communicator both verbally and electronically
