We are currently working with a well-established, highly respected law firm in Sevenoaks to recruit a Head of Private Client (or Senior Solicitor looking to step up). This is a key hire as part of the firm’s succession planning, offering a genuine opportunity to shape and lead a successful department.

The Role
You’ll be joining an established Private Client team handling a broad range of work including:
- Wills
- Probate & Estate Administration
- LPAs & Court of Protection / OPG matters
The role offers the chance to:
- Take on (or progress into) a Head of Department position
- Play a key role in developing and growing the team
- Work closely with highly experienced colleagues
- Handle a varied caseload, including high-net-worth and complex matters
Who They’re Looking For
- An experienced Private Client Solicitor
- Candidates already operating at Partner level (salaried or equity), or
- Senior Associates ready to step up to Partnership in the near future
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Private Client work
- A collaborative approach and interest in contributing to team growth and leadership
