You and your job:
As a Project Manager in the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio Team, you play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks.

As a Project Manager, you will have an essential role in realizing the strategic agenda of the Sanctions pillar.
You will manage one or more strategic projects and ensure the project goals are realized timely.
You will be responsible to translate the project goals into an ambitious but realistic project plan, set up the required project organization, oversee and report on progress and impediments, and manage stakeholders' expectations.

The Sanctions landscape is a complex, dynamic and challenging field.

• Improve Customer Communication, reduce customer touch points and improve customer experience.

• Future Proofing: Re-platforming screening solutions.

• Next level data initiatives.

• Optimization program of workflow tooling and alert generation processes.

• World Class Sanctions Organization: Screening Coverage and TOM gaps implementation.

• Implementation of Circumvention scenarios.

• Optimizing collaboration, standardization and fostering an international Sanctions community in all regions.

Facts & Figures:

• 36 hours per week (4,5 days a week).

• Hybrid working and 2 to 3 days working in the office in Utrecht (always on Tuesdays and usually one or two other days depending on the projects).

Your top responsibilities:

• Drive the realization of the agreed Definition of Done for the project goal(s) within the agreed timelines whilst you are risk aware and focused and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Deliver the project goals, including a successful implementation, together with a cross-functional project team.

• Connect with key stakeholders within the FEC domain and beyond to ensure solutions fit with stakeholders' requirements and strengthen one way of working within FEC Sanctions.

The FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio Team is a relatively small team with big ambitions and a lot of drive to build a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions.
We focus on complex change programs in FEC, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and drive our Culture Initiatives.

• Minimum of 8 years in a (full-time) Project Manager role in a professional environment, preferably within the banking sector.

• You have experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, and the topics of FEC, Sanctions and geopolitics interest you.

• You have knowledge of and experience in working with complex (technical) platforms, risk frameworks and banking infrastructure.

• You are curious; you like to know what your projects are about, so you read up on your topic and are proactive in understanding the context and stakeholder field of your projects.

• You are risk minded and understand the importance of risk mindedness in FEC projects.

• You have persuasive power and are able to get things and people moving to achieve your goals.

• You bring issues timely to the right table and have strong stakeholder management skills.

• You are structured, hands-on, you think ahead and are a good planner.

• You know your way around project management tooling (Azure DevOps, Power BI - must have) and PowerPoint.

• Our languages of communication are English and Dutch. You speak and especially write English on an advanced level (C1/C2).
