We are looking for a full-time, permanent position in
EMEA region
, preferably based inCzech Republic, Netherlands and Germany
.Job Purpose:
Implement program management plans and processes to successfully drive the transformation within Procurement globally, deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies
Your tasks:
- Implement program management plan and processes for successful execution of projects
- Develop project plans to deliver projects to achieve required quality standard, on time and on budget
- Instruct, direct and review the output of functional project team and individual project managers
- Identify and highlight deviations on project expenditure to adhere to defined project budget
- Lead monthly project meetings at senior management level (project sponsors)
- Track project milestones, monitor/ report progress and performance against the project plan
- Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of projects
- Implement project risk mitigation action plans to minimize projects risks
- Support implementation of project results to create targeted impact
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities/ solutions and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria
- Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders
- Define project resources, conduct performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
- Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong procurement background
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing global projects successfully.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across different regions and cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in managing projects across various regions and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues on a global scale.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
- Experience in working with diverse global teams and managing cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
