Product Owner Competence Centre Provisioning

You and your job
As Product Owner Competence Centre Provisioning (CCP) you will be part of a squad that delivers on keeping the bank compliant to external regulations with respect to IFRS9 provisioning and data concerning clients in default while simultaneously identifying new business needs in these domains.
You are responsible for delivering an end-to-end business capability to support and continuously improve the Credit Journey of all our national and international business units. You interact closely with your internal and external stakeholders and develop and maintain a vision for your product/service in the field of provisioning, write-offs and default data. To achieve this, the Global Standard IFRS9 is one of the key products your squad is taking care of. You ensure that changes related to policies, processes, data, systems, functional support, training and monitoring & reporting are prioritized to be executed by your multi-functional squad.
The CCP Squad is part of the Area Credit Risk Assessment and Mitigation (CRAM) within Tribe Credit Core. Working together with the squad members you will align with stakeholders across the whole Rabobank Group, prioritize the activities of the squad and find and document the data and business requirements within the Credit Journey.
Tribe Credit Core
CreditCore is responsible for all centrally managed credit risk business capabilities, meeting business unit's expectations, so that they can optimally perform their end-to-end credit process for the client. We continuously improve the end-to-end credit journey and ensure regulatory compliancy by design. Credit Core Tribe is an integral part of the Enterprise Risk department within the CRO-domain. As Product Owner, you will be part of the Area Credit Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
Our Tribe consists of four Areas representing 25 squads bringing talented people together with many competencies, experiences and nationalities. The business capabilities we offer are used by all Rabobank business units in the Netherlands and Internationally. We are proud that we work closely with so many colleagues and contribute to One Rabobank. With you as a Product Owner, our Product Owner Guild consists of 15 colleagues.

Your role as Product Owner CCP Squad :
- You will be acting as Product Owner, giving you the possibility and responsibility to shape the priorities and backlog of the squad from day one together with the Scrum Master and the Area Leadership. The squad consist of appr. 5 FTE (3 Business Analysts/Experts, 1 SCRUM master and 1 Product Owner).
- The Squad is responsible for delivering the work managed via a dedicated backlog. As Product Owner you set priorities and use the S@S rituals to align with stakeholders and monitoring progress in sprints. Together with the Area Leadership Team of your Area, you will set the planning (Epics and Features) for Quarterly and Midterm delivery.
You and your talent
- Academic background/level (IT, business administration or similar);
- Knowledge of banking processes, administrative organization and IT solutions;
- Demonstrable experience with guiding (IT)development teams;
- Experience with FD/D client processes;
- Experience with the IFRS9 process/provisioning
- Knowledge of (inter)national risk and regulatory development;
- Knowledge & Expertise in in (Corporate) Lending and Credit Risk;
- Experience in Agile way of working and preferably PSPO I & II certified;
- Being able to switch between all stakeholders and facets, from customer, management and team to product, market, organization and own vision;
- Experience with coaching a team or squad.
- Relevant product and market knowledge.
- Keep track of the latest customer - and market developments, digitalization, robotics and high tech developments.
