Cluster Human Resources Manager

And we're looking for a Cluster HR Manager who can promote a positive, inspiring and motivating culture at our hotels, bringing the best out of every colleague so they're empowered to deliver truly exceptional guest experiences. In this role you are responsible for the Human Resources Cluster of voco The Hague, Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South & Holiday Inn The Hague - Voorburg. As Cluster HR Manager you will be part of the Strategic Leadership teams, to decide on the strategy of the three properties.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Building a positive work environment for all colleagues throughout their career with us - from onboarding, to training and promotions, through to exit
- Overseeing day-to-day HR management, reporting and filing and identifying process areas for attention
- Leading, educating and training the wider team and General Managers on people issues and HR disciplines to enhance performance.
- Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide our hotel guests with unique experiences
- Driving engagement together with HODs in all three properties
- Responsible for the strategic HR planning of all three properties and for executing them
- Identifying and analysing the local markets to ensure our own offering remains competitive
- Enhancing the HR cluster while looking at efficiencies and streamlining HR processes across the hotels
- Keeping our benefit offer relevant and in line with trends and market conditions
- Creating/monitoring the payroll budget in cooperation with the finance managers
- Looking at productivity in accordance with our personnel planning tools
- Enhancing our hotels' reputation in the local community and beyond, and promoting team member involvement in the local community
- Strengthening our employer branding across the cluster to attract the right candidates
- You'll be leading a team of HR specialists
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent
- Four years of related experience in HR - supervisory experience is also beneficial
- Knowledge of current local and government regulations relating to employee practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters
- Must speak Dutch and English
