Your work environment
Real Estate Finance NL (REF NL) services their private real estate investment customers directly through regional offices in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Zwolle. The regional offices are supported by REF NL's delivery team. Latter team is centrally organized in Amsterdam and is structured in Squads. REF NL is considered to be the principal Dutch real estate lender, and our real estate knowledge is appreciated throughout the real estate investor market. You will be part of a small Squad and work in Amsterdam. You will be working together with other squads in and outside of REF NL to create an unbeatable customer and employee experience.
Your key responsibilities
As a Customer Journey Expert, your key responsibilities are to:
- Work closely together with business & IT to deliver our ambition.
- Work closely together within the Squad, which exists of multi-disciplinary members
- Draft user, business and IT requirements together with IT developers and business
- Align with the relevant stakeholders as part of the operational processes
- Follow the latest developments of your own focus areas.

As a Customer Journey Expert, you recognize yourself in the following:
- Master's degree or an equivalent work level
- Strong analytical skills and get energy of translating complexity into a clear vision and structure, always looking for ways to improve status quo
- Strong influencing skills and a result-driven/ persistent can-do mentality
- You are easy to work with and a drive to implement and maintain the framework
- A team player: we expect you to provide valuable contribution to collective goals both regarding concrete deliverables and teamwork as such
- Thorough understanding of consultancy methodologies and affinity and knowledge of business process management, bank processes and technology
- Have ambition, willingness to learn, take responsibility, focused and experienced in various tooling, currently we use Azure, ServiceNow, COGNOS and Excel
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is a pre.
